Kids Yoga (Bellefontaine Location)
Introduce your child to the benefits of yoga with our Kids Yoga camps at The Academy: Bellefontaine Campus! A certified yoga instructor designed this class to help young movers build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a fun and supportive environment.
Ages 7-10: Through playful poses, breathing exercises, and creative movement, younger yogis will develop balance, coordination, and body awareness—all while having a blast!
Ages 11+: Older students will explore deeper stretches, relaxation techniques, and beginner flow sequences to build confidence, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
Yoga is an amazing complement to dance training and a great way for any child to gain focus, flexibility, and strength—skills that benefit them on and off the mat. Whether they’re looking to enhance performance in other activities or simply unwind in a positive space, this class is worth every moment!
Dates/Times:
Ages 7-10: Tuesdays starting June 3rd-July 29th from 5:30-6:30 pm
Ages 11+: Thursdays starting June 5th-July 31st from 6:00-7:00 pm

Dance Class Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the class start date: Full credit will be applied to your account for future use.
- Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the class start date: 50% credit will be applied to your account.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start date: No refunds or credits will be issued.
